i was hooked the whole time i was reading this, i honestly couldn't put the book down. it was interesting the whole way through, and i loved learning more and more and being able to guess at what really happened....... until the ending was revealed, it seemed like such a cop-out, and it's why i only gave it 4 stars, and not 5.

the whole, 'oh what really happened is this and we didn't know the whole book because the mother had memory loss of that one evening' is just so.... ugh idk i mean it's fun trying to put it together but there was no indication of that at all so it just....... seemed like a cop-out idk.
