Gorky Park by Martin Cruz Smith

2.0

Gorky Park is one of the books that have been on my radar to read for a long time (I have not seen the movie). To be honest, I was disappointed. The narrative skipped around a lot, so I was confused at times.

I also found the negative attitude toward life in the Soviet Union a bit off putting, even though I don't agree with a communist totalitarian state personally.

Three people are found dead in the popular Gorky Park in Moscow, Arkady Renko, Chief Investigator is charged with finding the perpetrator(s). The Scene of the murder is rather gruesome, with very few clues.
