Sorcery of Thorns by Margaret Rogerson

5.0

Magical

I was pleasantly surprised with how much I adored this book. I read Rogerson’s first book, Enchantment of Ravens, and while I enjoyed it I did not love it. I love Sorcery of Thorns. Elisabeth is an exceptionally likable character. She is tenacious, humorous, passionate, and filled with unending compassion. Nathaniel is adorable but the real character in this story that is incredible is Silas. Well done Roberson!

I loved that all the magic that was invested into the library and books. I’ve read plenty of stories about magical libraries but this is by far my favorite iteration that idea.

Truly a joy to read. Thank you Rogerson for such a great story.
