Okay so I don't know where to begin. I liked this book a lot more than the first one!! Emilia and Wrath's chemistry is incredible, omg.
The main aspect that distinguished this from the first book for me was that some of the plot points finally made sense. There's still a lot of things I don't really understand so I hope that in book three, everything will be tied together.
Wrath... I love that man (demon? prince? All of them!). Girl, the way I was giggling and kicking my feet about some of the things he said... he's so protective, too, but not in an unsettling or suffocating way.
Emilia's character development throughout this book was crazy but it didn't feel far fetched. It actually made sense why she would react in certain ways and she's such a badass now, I love it. (I don't know if I wanna be her or be with herπππ») Her actions were still a little reckless but definitely less so than in book 1, which was a relief.
This book was also surprisingly funny, I laughed out loud several times.
Last aspect: I really love all of the Princes, they're so funny?? Yes, they're violent and prone to their respective sins but you know... I just love their vibes (especially Gluttony tbh).
