Having read and loved Hunt the Wood, I was psyched to read this MM retelling of Rapunzel! Definitely amongst my top favorites of 2024 so far! Had all the elements I love and then some! As with the previous book/series, make sure to read the trigger warnings! Be an adult about it! 
 
 Positives: 
  
I know what I loved within the book was: {MM style retelling of Rapunzel, darker elements, hilarious banter & interactions, cuteness of the grotesques, smoking hot sex scenes, how much of a Daddy Dom Gothel was, how big he was & his masculinity [three piece suits, cigars, etc.], how tower was a brat yet very strong as well [very masculine as well], and their pairing overall was fantastic}! Again, loved myself some Daddy Gothel in his three piece suits smoking his fat cigars! Majorly hot and including how dominating yet caring he was with tower? Checked all my boxes! Tower was amazing too with how funny, bratty, hot, and deadly he was! Especially being a vampire too did it for me! All of the other mentioned elements flowed well within the book and made me wish it was longer! Couldn’t get enough of these guys! 

 
 Improvements: 
 
The only small issue I had while reading this was: {overuse on swallowing}. Other than that, perfect 5 stars again with how much I loved the story! 

 
 Recommendation: 
 
I highly, highly recommend checking this one out as well as the series! Majorly sexy, funny, dark, and amazing MM retellings of famous fairytales! I know I am very happy to have this one among my bookshelf collection! Rocked it again ladies {Fury & Pennza}! Happy reading!
