Absolutely Mind Freaking Blowing

Marissa Meyer is a genius. The way she intertwined all these fairy tales together to create an out of the world universe is amazing. Like how? Its pure stroke of genius. My love for this series has not dwindled a bit over these past 3 years. If anything, this re-read confirmed it that its my all-time favorite series. The world, the characters, the plot, the twist and turns, just about everything is freaking awesome.

The best part is of course the characters, specially Caption Carswell Thorne. He is the LOML. Such a hilarious and charming guy. And pair him off to Cress to make it even better! They are my ultimate OTP. Then Prince Kai, he is a precious cinnamon bun! Him and Cinder were just adorable. Then Winter, oh she is so lovely. She is such a gentle soul. I felt so bad for her at times for being stuck with evil Levana. And the way Jacin was always around to take care of her was so sweet. Lastly, of course Scarlet and Wolf, I do like them but they are not my favorite. Seeing all the characters interact together and the love/friendship between them is so precious. I’m telling you the dynamic between every character is amazing. I just can’t get enough of them.

The way Marissa Meyer wrapped the whole series is phenomenal. Even though I’ve read the series before, I was praying to keep all my babies safe. It was insane. There is just so much going on in this book that you’re bound to read it all in one sitting. It’s a wild ride. I also loved how we got to see so many different parts of the world in the series even Luna. Just go and read this series if you haven’t already. Also, I re-read the whole series as audiobook and the narrator is amazing. It felt so realistic.

I still can’t believe the series is over. I could read about these characters and world forever. I’m sure there will be many more re-reads coming in future.
