I needed this. I love the way Idil structured her writing, paired advice and examples. Simple, honest and straightforward. It is repetitive, but I personally didn't mind, especially since I've been reading it for a few weeks. The repeat of content allowed me to really revisit the idea and put it to practice. The change all starts from within. Thank you, Idil
