It’s a cool concept but I wish that it was executed in a better way. It’s very symbolic and you can dive deep into its meaning which is great but I really wish we could’ve gotten a why is this happening, how are things selected, where did the memory police come from? Etc. etc. I was really only barely interested in the part of the book where

people had begun to lose their limbs and bodies.

Otherwise, I found it very hard to get through.
