I liked the letters and the inventiveness of how they appeared or their format. But I was very confused in the beginning, there was not a lot of worldbuilding. I don’t know how they travelled in time, I also don’t know if they were human. Even after finishing the book I am confused on some aspects, sometimes that can be a strength but in my opinion that was not the case here.
