Very interesting. Analyzes the impact that the place where something is grown effects its flavor. I think, 'of course' then give it more thought and realize how much of an impact place has on our food. Examines foods and drinks of the Americas, primarily North (with some Central included) from apples for cider, to oysters, wine, cheese, avocados, chocolate, salmon, and more.
