I actually really enjoyed this book despite being hesitant to read it. I’m sure we’ve all heard the hype for this book on vast social medias, and I do think it was a little too hyped up, it deserves it. It was fun, it was silly, it was upsetting. It made me want to jump through the book and strangle our love interest, if you can even call him that.

This book really resonated with me for a lot of personal reasons. I related to a lot of Keiko’s thoughts and others’ treatments of here. As an autistic person I felt this handled the constant pressure to be “cured” well, despite that not being the goal. While I do not know if the author wrote Keiko this way on purpose, that is how I saw her.

Overall this was an enjoyable one hour read and I recommend it to anyone who feels like they’d enjoy the weird vibes.
