We Had to Remove This Post

yeah, booktok said this was soooo messed up. i went into it expecting very little nonetheless. it's been years since the first time i saw it recommended anyways, so i knew not to go into it thinking it'll be god's greatest book. and thank god for that.
the author has a good writing style and i think it matched the book very well. i understand the book entirely. but it was still incredibly boring. also the ending? literally what was that and why was that how she decided to end it? i love books with unreliable narrators but oh my goodness this was rough. not my favorite thing i read, that's for sure, but it definitely could've been worse i guess?
2.5/5 stars. extra 0.5 because it isn't god awful but this is a book i would never even consider rereading. another reason to never trust booktok (i've learned this the hard way long ago, but alas)
