I hate it when the issue in a book has to do with a lack of communication even when it’s not the main issue. If everyone would just act like adults or try therapy half these issues would not be here. 

Also her cultural background confuses me like it has aspects from different parts of South Asia and threw me off. Not the main issue but it was there and kept kicking me in the back of the head whenever something new popped up.
