I feel like people may disagree with my 5 star rating, however as someone who consistently struggles with attending school this book really hit home, and i feel like it was a fairly accurate portrayal of the relationship between a struggling child and parents too. I loved all the dynamics between the MC and other characters, and i ADORED the mystery the book presents you with - it always keeps you guessing! The final plot twist really touched my heart and i was holding back tears. It feels like feelings are brushed over at times in order to further the story, but when it isnt brushed over my god its phenominal writing. I will warn you, once you pick the book up you're going to struggle putting it down! Definately will be rereading this.
