So glad this book finally made it to Audio. I've been waiting so long! Thank you Listening Library!! This reader is fantastic.
I honestly don't know why I continue to enjoy this series. It's a complete and total chaotic mess. I'm pretty sure the author watched a lot of soap operas growing up because I swear this is just one big epic soap opera. I don't really like any of the characters. They are all horrible, whiny, bratty people, and I feel like they have the biggest mood swings I've ever read. It's my guess that the author has a set of "tragedy dice" that she rolls to see what terrible things she can make happen to each of the characters at any given moment. Also maybe "mood dice", to determine if they're going to be good or bad that day. But for some reason I just keep coming back to this series. And I can't wait to find out what happens next. I guess that's why soap operas have been on television for so long…
