definitely not what I was expecting, as in, not at all. I feel like this made it more enjoyable though.. there were a few wtf moments, but everything made sense in the end. I didn't realize this was a series, and I'm kind of glad... I want to know more about Magonia and the world and what happens to Aza and Jason and everybody. I'm still kind of reeling, but it was definitely a 4/4.5 star book.
