The title is exactly what this whole read was...I literally couldn't expect where turns are being made or how unhinged these people really were! I love Octavia Grant because her story telling captures you from the very beginning. The gore, the crazy, and the revenge was on TEN the entire way through - each of Ivory's stories painted a new view point of being unhinged that I couldn't have ever dreamed of. The way everything tied together in the end made me itch for something else from Ms. Grant. She knows how to get into the weird crevices of horror and fiction! I love it.

Chile, read the trigger warnings. Otherwise you'll get hit with a brick from the very beginning! If you can stomach those topics, you're in for a creepy, disgusting, insane treat. I honestly haven't stopped thinking about this book since I finished!
