Slaying the Frost King by Candace Robinson

3.25

I would have preferred if he thought she was pretty from the start. I don’t really understand as she is beautiful in the cover image and he is… blue (isn’t he described as light grey?).

Sometimes I liked it but sometimes I was bored.

I don’t think the magic/world/demographic was explained at all, but I guess these books aren’t meant to be overly complex.

I don’t really think there was an ending - it was super weird. I don’t get why it ended then they started with the epilogue as I think the stuff that happened in the epilogue should be part of the main book right?

Anyway points for him being a good guy unlike the last book with the guy who liked to publicly humiliate her (Slaying the Shifter Prince).
