I liked the movie, so I liked this book; it gave an insight into their characters that I wish you could have seen in the movie. But some things you can only get from a book. However, I wish it was a diary instead of a spell book - the "spells" on the pages took me away from the insights into the character's thoughts. But overall, not a bad read.
