In Five Years by Rebecca Serle

4.0

★★★★

The beauty of 'In Five Years' is all in the details, the complexity of such full characters that, just like in 'The Dinner List,' take a magical premise, and turn it into one of the most profound explorations of love and friendship. This book was at once both beautiful and heartbreaking. For me, 'The Dinner List' still reigns as my favorite between the two, but once again, Rebecca Serle has spun a heart wrenching tale that has woven into my heart and landed among my favorites of the year, a placement I feel will remain even as time wears on.
