I had a hard time deciding between two and three stars. On one hand, this book tackles a difficult issue. On the other, I was a little skeptical of Rachel's character. I don't know how she could easily get over him ripping her clothes off, and then say she's been in love with him forever. I don't know. I just felt like there had to be a bit more explanation about all of that.
I WAS glad that it took Josh a long time to come to terms with his being molested. That is not something a child can understand, nor is it something someone would be able to easily accept right away. I found that believable.
Overall, I liked it. I liked Josh's unwillingness to have sex with Rachel. I found his thoughts about how he was broken believable. I didn't believe Rachel, because she was kind of a perfect character, but oh well.
