The Six Deaths of the Saint by Alix E. Harrow

I would rather love a coward than mourn a legend.

how could a story that spans a lifetime be compressed in less than 30 pages? i simply do not know. the writing style is perfect and the story is just so immersive, it was a fast read but it’s the type of book that that crawls up inside your skin until it’s engraved to your brain—it’s the type of story that stays in your head as long as time permits. impactful and life changing in under 30 pages.
