Okay after reading the first two books in this series I didn’t think this book was going to really stand out but OMG!  I love this book so much.  This was better than it happened one summer.  Tessa Bailey just knows how to write perfect men.  Russell really does everything in this book. He is rivaling some top tier book boyfriends.  This book also has on of my fave tropes so I think that helped a lot.  I liked that even the cute scenes felt like they were meant to advance plot.  Plot to spice ratio was good.  Read this asap
