Between Sundays by Karen Kingsbury

5.0

It's been a while since I've read one of Kingsbury's books. This story is about a little boy who enters the foster system after his mother dies, the mother's friend who steps in as a foster mom, and an all-star quarterback living the dream life. It is set in San Francisco. I enjoyed the story and the reminder that our lives are more than what happens on Sunday, but how we live between Sundays. A great tribute to the power of God to make real-life miracles happen in ways we could never imagine.
