I spent the entire day reading this book because it totally grabbed me by the heart and wouldn't let go. This book is about recognizing how and why we sabotage ourselves and how to get out of our own way. It's not really a self help book so much as it is about understanding psychological conditioning and the steps towards a higher form of self actualization. The author's writing style is very easy to follow and appreciate. I enjoyed this book very much.
