Omg, I kept hearing about this series on TikTok… and didn’t know what I was getting myself into. But WOW. I really loved and enjoyed this book. I found the main characters relatable and lovable. The other side characters not so much. :ie mainly Bella. Gibs and the other side characters were great.

But one thing that sort of pissed me off. Was Shannon and Joey not telling the authorities what was going on. But I hey why they didn’t the fear of what happened the last time with their older brother. Happening to one of them. And don’t get me started with their own mother. She should have tossed her husband out long ago. She knew the abuse her children were receiving from their own father. Because he did it to her too.

But with that said. It was a great read.
