This book was a quick read. I loved the nod to When Harry Met Sally, one of my favorite rom-coms from the 80s/90s.  “Men and women can’t be friends.” However, I had a hard time with Charlie for a long time. I just thought he was a jerk to Bailey. Of course over the course of the book we learn more about why he acts the way he does and we start to understand him. As this happened I started to like him. Overall it was a good YA book. My daughter (14) also enjoyed it but she still likes Better Than the Movies more.
