Listen, I understand that in some books the characters need to run in circles to help the story progress. But when it's drawn out it doesn't really contribute anything to the plot (except maybe annoy the reader). 

I love everything related to Korean folklore but this was just meh for me. I was initially planning to rate it 2 stars but I added the .5 for Junu, the only likeable character in the book.
