✨4.5✨
In my heart this is a 5✨ and is now one of my favorite in this trope.
Buuuut - it does have some silly issues that I'm trying not to think too hard about, but I just keep coming back to, so there's a little incoming rant later below.
It feels a bit like it was made for a movie - some of the stuff happening feels a bit cliché romance-movie like, but I honestly don't mind in this case. It fits pretty well with the whole Hurt/Comfort trope.
It was filled to the brim with lots of poetic and lyrical sentences to really amp up the other-worldly romantic feelings growing between Reed and Halley.
The book overall has such sweet and well written humour and the relationship between Reed and Halley was also very sweet yet sizzling at the same time.
To the ranting part
