Wendy, Master of Art by Walter Scott
reflective
fast-paced
- Loveable characters? No
3.0
The art style is jarring. Wendy is insufferable. It's not particularly funny, though it aims at slapstick; instead it achieves uncomfortable relatability for anyone who went through higher education, questioning their purpose in life and making terrible decisions while navigating relationships poorly.
There is some minor character growth and redemption, but I'm not sure it was worth getting to, as not a member of the target audience (art majors).
