Beautiful queer coming of age novel - gave me “Queer As Folk if it had a more diverse cast” vibes. It’s set in the 90s which is one of my favourite time periods for queer literature (that and the early 2000s), it had magical realism, it had great song references. All things that made it right up my alley. One of my faves of 2024 for sure!
