I enjoyed this book a lot in the beginning but then my interest faded like a car running out of gas. I liked the writing but struggled to connect with the characters or story. It felt like the story was unsteady and all over the place. A very intriguing premise though! I read this book as a traveling book in LiterALLy BOOKiSh Book Club, the best group on Facebook.
