I wasn't sure if I was going to like this book or not but I ended up really enjoying it! The plot was really smooth and I enjoyed every step of the story. I felt there was a lot of emotion in the characters. When it came time for the daughters perspective I thought it was going to be rushed but overall it was done well.. I just felt more connected in a way with the mother because she is introduced first. In the end the story does tie off loose ends really well so there isn't any complaining there.
