I'll admit this was a great book to start the year with, but I think there was something missing that I needed for this book to be one of my top favourites.
Certainly, Jane Austen has a brilliant mind, but maybe this book is meant to be read more than once since there are so many things that might have escaped from my comprehension in the first read. There are so many characters in the same room at some points you just get lost and it's really complicated to stay focused on the dialogues and all that's going on sometimes.
Other than that, I loved it!
I'll definitely reread it sometime soon tho, I'm fairly certain there is so much more behind this book than what you can see the first time you read it.
