Isaacson does it again with an amazing biography of Jennifer Doudna as well as a incredibly accurate scientific and historical journey of CRISPR. I especially appreciated the portion of the book he dedicated to exploring ethical issues with potential future uses of CRISPR. He walks the reader thoughtfully through the varying opinions and leaves it up to the reader to decide what they think. This is a definite must-read for anyone interested in CRISPR.
