This was my first time reading anything by this author, and I'm very disappointed. Because I REALLY wanted to like this book. It was such an interesting concept, but I feel like the author didn't really know what story she was trying to tell here. The book starts off strong and then falls apart towards the end. The plot becomes very confused and there's a lot of pointless, back and forth filler that leads to a sadly predictable ending.
