This one was a rollercoaster of a book. It had some very high highs, and was surprisingly hilarious in parts. It had some very low lows, though, too. It's a very sweet romance to begin with, but then two men become very red flag bad about halfway through and I lost hope of a happy ending I could enjoy. It did get better, and I did like the ending, but both main characters had some serious issues and I could have wished them both unhappily ever after at times.
Also, I have never in my 48 years heard the word "husked" as a dialogue tag and I hope I never do again. It was used more than once and every time I winced.
