Woohoo! My 50th book of the year! My old nutritionist recommended this to me when I was suffering from intrusive thoughts :/ and insecurity but I didn’t think to pick it up until now like a year and some later when I began to slip back in and I honestly really enjoyed it like I haven’t been on any kind of morning routine regiment and haven’t been prioritizing my yoga or meditation so I feel like this is just a simple and effective way to start. Yeah overall I enjoyed! Stuff like this is always worth the read bc even if u know everything which is like okay
