Don't Make Me Think: A Common Sense Approach to Web Usability (2nd Edition) by Steve Krug

As a newbie, I found this book insightful and easy to understand. The ideas were common sense but Krug laid them out logically and effectively. Also, it wasn't boring to read- kudos to him!
