The Rule of Thoughts (the Mortality Doctrine, Book Two) by James Dashner
2.0
2.5 stars out of 5
While I mostly enjoyed the story I found myself dozing off many times during the time I was reading this book. I would find myself having to reread entire pages after having read them but not remembering what I had read. I also did not connect with the characters and found myself not caring about what would happen to them. They just came off as bland and 2 dimensional. I really did enjoy the plot twists at the end and they're the reason why I will read the final book.
