The Key to Happily Ever After by Tif Marcelo
4.0
This book was just fun. I would not be surprised if I saw a trailer for this the movie version of this book on Lifetime or the Hallmark Channel. It was cute, cheesy, romantic and predictable in the best ways. Although it was very “sisters before misters” there wasn’t anything too heavy.
I read this book over a vacation weekend and it was the perfect book for tanning at the beach or by the pool. 3.5 stars but I rounded up to four. Because it was light and airy and a fun read but superficial nonetheless.
Side note: the author misused one of the sisters’ names twice throughout the book. She meant to say “Pearl” and used “Mari” instead.
