TL;DR - Women are different than men. Daily supplement with BCAAs post workout, plan training around their cycle, and focus less on carbs.


I think this is a great starter handbook that nails all the major concepts. Some could argue in specifics, but that’s for the avid athlete that probably doesn’t need to read this in full.
