This book was recommended by a lot of people and oh boy was everyone right. I loved this book and I don't think I'll ever forget it. This was my first MM book and I have found a new favorite.
This was easily a 5 star read for me. The characters, plot, and spice were immaculate. This is the first book in the Alabaster Penetentiary series. It is not intended for anyone under 18 and is recommended for only people with an open mind and mature audiences.
Dash is a Russian bank robber who just wants to save money and escape to Tulum. He gets caught and sent to Alabaster Penetentiary where they send criminals that the rest of the world thinks are dead. He has no recollection of how he got there or what happened before he was arrested, he just remembers the bank robbery. Fast forward and he gets sent to solitary where he meets Officer Kemper, at first he hates him but the feelings grow. He learns fast that he may not have known what he wanted until he got sent to Alabaster.
This story will leave you at the edge of your seat with the plot twists and character development. I will be continuing this series but because of how good it was I am going to savor it and not rush through them.
