This was less of an enemies to lovers and more of a instalust. The entire story felt very rushed and it bothered that Mila, who was abused and séxually assàsulted just basically jumped into intimacy with Pierce. I don’t know, it may have been her way of healing but it threw me off.

I think the narrators did a good job for the story that they were given.

Based off this story I’m not sure if I am going to listen/read to the others in the series.
