I appreciated that the feminization kink explored in this story didn't seem to ever cross into degradation. There was one instance of a side character attempting to shame, but was shut down immediately.
I wanted to rate this book higher, but the more I thought about it, I was left feeling unsatisfied with the ending. The situation with the roommate left me with a bad taste. Physical violence is not okay, and shouldn't be so casually explained away with "if I saw someone kissing my boyfriend, I'd also go postal." I wanted to see more character growth- perhaps extended anger management- before the story moved on.
