Writer's Block: The Prequel by Georgia Rayne
5.0
I am not sure what I was expecting when I sat down to read this book, but I know I could have never expected the fabulously funny and superbly spicy masterpiece that I got. From the very first page I quickly learned that nothing was going to be typical about this book, and I absolutely loved that. The story unfolds with a witty inner dialog of the main character, Beckett, and his less than normal existence, and journey of personal growth and realizations. I don't remember the last time I laughed out loud so often while reading, I adore and could not get enough of Beckett. causing me to sit down and read this in one sitting! Because this is a Prequel, it does end on a cliffhanger, which is understandable, did its job in making me long for the next book in the series, but is annoying non the less.
Overall, I found this to be one of the best, and funniest stories I have ever read. I highly recommend this to all romance readers.
