Bitten & Smitten by Michelle Rowen

Simply Fangtastic!

This is a very good book. I want to state that simply because it is the most important point of this review. I could launch into hyperbolic descriptions of the wit in the writing, the skillful storytelling and the interweaving of different threads, I fear doing so with overwhelm the simple fact that this was a very fun, engaging read.

The real key to the Brilliance of this book is the character development. Not only is Sarah a compelling protagonist, but her journey from everyday working gal to powerful vampire is not only believable, it's an extremely enjoyable trip. These kinds of books rise or fall on the strength of the characters, and "bitten smitten" succeeds brilliantly.

I am genuinely looking forward to reading more in this series. the characters are fun, and are the type of folks that the reader wants to spend some time with. well done!
