It's in His Kiss by Julia Quinn

5.0

I honestly did not expect to finish this book this fast. XD

I really enjoyed Hyacinth's story, and hers is most likely my Top 3 favorites along with Anthony's and Eloise's. I like the premise of the story, and I like how natural Hyacinth and Gareth became familiar with each other. The mystery is definitely something fun to read as well. Oh, I also like how Hyacinth always has the energy to solve the diamond mystery no matter when.

Also please, I like how straightforward Gareth was when he decided to marry Hyacinth. If I recall correctly, none of the previous men were like that (perhaps except for Benedict, but in his case, Sophie kept saying no). Even though half of Gareth's intentions weren't exactly pure, he at least did it with dignity. He asked Anthony first, and then he went to Hyacinth. Gotta appreciate this man, I have to say.

AND IT'S SO FUNNY WHEN ANTHONY MURMURED THAT "THANK YOU LORD" PLEASE. T_____T
