River of Wrath by Alexandrea Weis, Lucas Astor

This is the second book in the St. Benedict series and I must tell you that this book is so much more interesting and creepy than the first book. I really love the Gothic cover photo of this book. It is really very attractive and eye-catching.
Leslie and her friends are still struggling to complete their last semester and they are also struggling to recover themselves from the past semester. There are more bodies showing up and it is becoming so much more mysterious. I really loved the new characters and Leslie's character has also become more gripping in this part. She tries to hunt down the murderer and the plot twists are so captivating.
I really loved the writing style of the author. There are some scenes written in the book that are really dark. But you will definitely love reading it if you are a Dark Academia lover. It gives out the perfect Gothic vibes.
