I can honestly say that Elliott Rose is one of my all time favorite contemporary authors! I just adore her writing style and her characters. If you haven’t read a book by her, you’re truly missing out!
I have no words to describe how completely I fell in love with Uncle Zaddy Storm and Briar. I thought I was obsessed with Daddy Colt, but the moment I read the sneak peek of Chapter 1 at the end of Chasing the Wild, I knew Uncle Storm would leave such an impression.
This book had me in a chokehold.
From the angst between these two to the tension that was so palpable, their chemistry was absolutely perfect.
Chapter 14 might be my favorite scene. I was kicking my feet and screaming like an idiot
